This hotel is an excellent value and very convenient to the highway. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. It’s especially great for travelers with dogs—the large grassy area made it easy and enjoyable to walk our pup. We’d definitely stay here again!
The room was clean, the people are nice, and that's all that I was concerned about. The bed was too hard for me but I was too exhausted to care! A transformer blew and the power was out for about 3 hours, but they let me stay over a few hours longer and didn't charge me.
My mom, sisters, and I stayed there last night and we loved it! The beds were comfortable. Didn't know they had an elevator until two/three hours after checkout. Great view of the sunset.
Great little room and very nice but no conditioner available. Also the body wash in the shower was completely empty
Stayed here for the eclipse 4-8-24, Proprietor went out of his way to take care of my every need. Room was all I needed for an overnight stay, hot shower, comfortable bed, clean linens. Many great local restaurants in nearby Wapakoneta. All staff were friendly and helpful, they even provided eclipse glasses. This facility is aged but many updates have made it worthy of high rating, also I had a very fascinating eclipse experience as did all of us who journeyed here for the Totality
Very nice people work here! We were able to park our 22 ft. moving van and a car with motorcycle trailer in the back where the spaces back up to grass. As soon as we got to our room we realized we wanted a different room so we could see our vehicles. The manager was very nice and didn't hesitate to change our room. The room is nice, clean and everything works. Bedding is very nice and bed is comfortable. It has a nice flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. Has a desk with chair, plus another comfortable arm chair. Also has Wi-Fi which we didn't use. The helpful people with great customer service were much appreciated. Nice continental breakfast had, bagels, toast, cereal, bananas, Cuties, coffee, milk, and apple and orange juice.
Our room was clean and and decent, the arguing neighbors were told to take it elsewhere and our night was peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and both of us slept well. We ate some very good bagles for breakfast and were able to get on to the Museum early.
I will not sugarcoat this. It is a older hotel, and was the only available hotel that allowed pets in the immediate area. Great location off the interstate. Wow the hotel is dated. The room was clean. The beds were clean and the people were friendly. The AC unit was limited, and did not provide full cooling, threw out the night, but it was sufficient. so I gave it for stars because I know they are trying and I’m doing the best I can with what they have .
